Natalie Mendoza, doctoral candidate in History at UCB, will discuss a portion of her dissertation on FDR’s Good Neighbor Policy and its impact on Chicanos in the US on Tuesday, February 23rd from 7-9:15 p.m.  Ms Mendoza taught high school before returning to graduate study and has been active in projects linking the university with public schools.  The seminar session is at the UCB Institute for Research on Labor and Employment, 2521 Channing Way (just east of Telegraph Ave.).
